Hacker per sbloccare account Facebook: invalido raggirato a Busto Arsizio

BUSTO ARSIZIO – Personale del Commissariato della Polizia di Stato di Busto Arsizio ha denunciato un uomo che ha circuito un giovane invalido. I fatti sono venuti alla luce ieri quando la vittima, un invalido totale che sbarca il lunario grazie alla pensione sua e della anziana madre, si è presentato negli uffici di via Foscolo. L’uomo ha spiegato ai poliziotti che da tempo aveva stretto un rapporto di amicizia con un giovane marocchino al quale tra l’altro aveva fornito un aiuto economico per varie migliaia di euro. Recentemente però aveva spiegato al ragazzo straniero che, trovandosi lui stesso in precarie condizioni, suo malgrado non avrebbe più potuto sostenerlo economicamente.

Da quel momento, guarda caso, l’account facebook dell’invalido era rimasto bloccato e lui si era rivolto al marocchino per avere consiglio e aiuto. Quello aveva immediatamente proposto di far intervenire un suo amico e connazionale, un hacker abilissimo che in cambio di 1800 euro avrebbe potuto risolvere il problema. Ciò effettivamente accadeva ma, subito dopo, il misterioso hacker richiedeva ulteriori e consistenti somme che la vittima non poteva fornire. Ne derivava un nuovo blocco dell’account di Facebook, problema risolvibile, sempre a detta dell’amico marocchino, con un nuovo esborso di denaro. La vittima, non disponendo della somma richiesta, si è quindi rivolta al Commissariato per denunciare il fantomatico hacker, convinto che questi ricattasse non solo lui ma anche l’amico marocchino con il quale tra l’altro aveva appuntamento quella stessa mattina. I Poliziotti, convinti che l’hacker fosse inesistente e che proprio il giovane marocchino approfittasse della buona fede della vittima, dopo aver ricevuto la denuncia hanno predisposto un servizio di osservazione e pedinamento, assistendo all’incontro tra la vittima e il presunto amico. I due sono stati visti salire sull’auto del denunciante ma dopo un breve tratto di strada lo straniero è sceso “al volo” dal mezzo in movimento cercando di allontanarsi a piedi: come si è successivamente accertato, l’invalido gli aveva appena spiegato di essersi rivolto alla Polizia per denunciare l’hacker che aveva ingannato entrambi. Il ragazzo è stato subito fermato dall’auto civetta e identificato come un ventunenne marocchino residente in un comune del gallaratese, con permesso di soggiorno e incensurato. Messo alle strette dagli Agenti ha confessato di aver architettato la frode inventandosi l’inesistente hacker per carpire ulteriori soldi all’uomo che lo credeva suo amico. Immediata la denuncia per circonvenzione di incapace e accesso abusivo ad un sistema informatico.
