Bibliohub: la biblioteca itinerante arriva in Veneto

GODEGA DI SANT’URBANO – Sono oltre millecinquecento i chilometri che BiblioHUB ha già percorso. Questo speciale culture-truck è una vera e propria biblioteca itinerante nonché uno strumento di partecipazione, inclusione e coesione sociale. Il suo viaggio ha già toccato luoghi italiani ricchi di suggestioni e significati, sostando tra le città e le periferie di Sicilia, Calabria, Basilicata, Puglia, Campania, Lazio e Abruzzo.
Prosegue ora il suo tour attraverso lo stivale con tappe imminenti che vedono protagonista il Veneto.
2-4 marzo, Godega di Sant’Urbano (TV), in collaborazione con il Sistema Bibliotecario Vittoriese
8-13 marzo, Montebelluna, Istrana e Valdobbiadene (TV), in partnership con Rete BAM – Biblioteche Area Montebellunese.
CSBNO sarà impegnato nel coordinamento della logistica.

Il culture-truck per tutti – BiblioHUB è una struttura mobile polifunzionale e multimediale di informazioni su cultura, tempo libero e servizi al cittadino, punto di prestito di libri, raccolte tematiche (per esempio sul bullismo), laboratorio ludico-didattico per bambini. E ancora, può offrire e-books scaricabili con QR-code, lettura digitale su e-reader, vetrina di bookcrossing, hotspot wi-fi, internet-point, opere di arte contemporanea, giochi da tavolo, proiezione di video. Rappresenta un vero e proprio luogo d’incontro e di socializzazione. Il truck, di fatto una biblioteca su ruote, è progettato come uno “scrigno” che si apre e si espande negli spazi urbani per portare la biblioteca dentro il territorio, anche nelle aree più marginali e periferiche, creando, sia pur temporaneamente, un presidio sociale, un luogo di aggregazione. BiblioHUB vuole avvicinare i cittadini alla ricca offerta culturale e di servizi che la biblioteca è oggi in grado di proporre. Con l’aggiunta di una postazione multimediale di co-working e un allestimento per l’esperienza della realtà virtuale, la biblioteca mobile è un vero e proprio laboratorio aumentato multidisciplinare. La forte vocazione pubblica del mezzo è richiamata dall’illustrazione dell’artista Guido Scarabottolo, realizzata mediante microforature sulla facciata principale dove sono rappresentati una molteplicità di “auto-ritratti” di utenti delle biblioteche pubbliche.

Per la comunità, con la comunità – La prima parte del viaggio ha portato BiblioHub a incontrare e cooperare con alcune biblioteche del nostro Paese che esistono e resistono anche quando il contesto non agevola la loro operatività. Tra le tappe ricordiamo: Rosarno e Vibo Valentia, Matera, Lecce e Foggia, il cuore di Napoli e Scampia, Roma e provincia, le terre tra Lazio e Abruzzo martoriate dai terremoti e ancora, le province di Viterbo, Rieti, Latina e Frosinone. L’itinerario si è tradotto nell’opportunità unica di raggiungere realtà lontane e diverse tra loro, ognuna con la propria specificità. Ciascuna di esse ha avuto la possibilità di raccontarsi senza filtri alla telecamera del video-diario di viaggio realizzato da CSBNO, intitolato appunto B/E/E/R Biblioteche esistenti e resistenti. Il viaggio ha portato in tutti i luoghi toccati una testimonianza significativa della vitalità, dello spirito di iniziativa e della capacità di azione di un modello di biblioteca non più dominato dal libro ma capace di offrire ai visitatori innumerevoli opportunità.

Il progetto e i partner, un lavoro di rete – Il progetto della biblioteca su ruote, che in una decina di mesi sta attraversando tutto lo stivale, è stato possibile grazie ad un ormai irrinunciabile lavoro di rete tra molti attori.
Elaborato da Alterstudio Partners per conto di AIB – Associazione Italiana Biblioteche, il progetto è stato realizzato grazie all’importante e convinto sostegno della Direzione Generale Arte e Architettura contemporanee e Periferie urbane (DGAAP) – ufficio del MiBAC dedicato alla contemporaneità; dell’Ambasciata degli Stati Uniti a Roma; dell’Azienda speciale CSBNO, e degli sponsor tecnici Media Library On Line (MLOL), Linea Light e Promal srl Arredamento polifunzionale. Il progetto BiblioHUB era stato presentato nell’ambito della mostra Taking Care, Progettare per il bene comune alla 15° mostra Internazionale di Architettura della Biennale di Venezia del 2016.

CSBNO – Culture Socialità Biblioteche Network Operativo – azienda speciale che da oltre vent’anni coordina servizi e attività tra e per le biblioteche – è tra i partner e co-finanziatori del progetto. Ha inoltre allineato sotto un’unica regia oltre una dozzina tra sistemi e realtà bibliotecarie italiane che hanno aderito all’iniziativa “BiblioHUB in rete”: Rete Bibliotecaria Bresciana (RBB), Lecce, Rete BAM – Biblioteche Area Montebellunese, Consorzio Satta, Sistema Bibliotecario Consortile Antonio Panizzi, Sistema Bibliotecario Area Metropolitana Torinese (Area SBAM Ovest), Sistema Bibliotecario Area Metropolitana Torinese (Area SBAM Sud Ovest), Sistema Bibliotecario Seriate Laghi, Sistema Culturale integrato della Bassa Pianura Bergamasca, Sistema Bibliotecario della Valle Seriana, Sistema Bibliotecario del Vittoriese, Sistema Bibliotecario Intercomunale del Pavese.
