VARESE – L’Unione degli Industriali della provincia di Varese e Federmanager Varese hanno firmato un accordo di collaborazione, finalizzato ad accrescere la competitività delle imprese. L’attuale contesto economico e finanziario dei mercati richiede che siano messe in campo tutte le sinergie possibili per sostenere lo sviluppo delle aziende e sostenerne la crescita, anche attraverso la valorizzazione di competenze professionali, con un’attenzione particolare per le piccole e medie imprese.
In particolare, è quella del Temporary Manager la figura al centro dell’intesa; un professionista che inserito per un periodo limitato nel tempo in azienda, è in grado di far crescere un’impresa grazie alle sue competenze.
Gli obiettivi comuni dell’Unione degli Industriali varesina e di Federmanager Varese sono infatti quelli di favorire gli investimenti in ricerca, di promuovere l’innovazione di prodotto e di processo, di avviare e rafforzare la presenza sui mercati internazionali, di sostenere la tutela dell’ambiente e i livelli di sicurezza e sviluppo sociale, facilitando la diffusione delle opportunità di finanziamento e di sostegno alle imprese.
In questo contesto, è stata individuata CDi Manager srl, società di Federmanager Varese specializzata nel Temporary Management e nell’Executive Search, tra quelle aventi rilevanti competenze ed esperienze diversificate utili per accrescere la competitività delle imprese e per far fronte alle loro necessità. L’accordo siglato dall’Unione Industriali e da Federmanager Varese ha lo scopo di favorire il soddisfacimento delle necessità delle imprese associate, attraverso azioni di supporto, informazione, orientamento, declinato in maniera particolare sul Temporary Management e sull’Executive Search.
“In un contesto complicato come quello attuale, è importante che le occasioni di collaborazione tra soggetti diversi vengano implementate; l’accordo siglato con Federmanager va nella direzione di supportare le imprese nella ricerca di quelle figure professionali, come i manager, in grado di accrescerne la competitività sui mercati” commenta Roberto Grassi, Presidente dell’Unione degli Industriali della Provincia di Varese.
