Il grande evento è in programma domenica 5 maggio ai Giardini Estensi e nel centro cittadino.
Varese – Quest’anno l’appuntamento è per domenica 5 maggio. Ancora una volta, gli animali delle nostre fattorie saranno i veri protagonisti di Agrivarese in città: saranno loro ad animare i Giardini Estensi, splendido scenario ambientale in cui è incastonata la manifestazione, e le altre zone del centro cittadino.
Non mancherà l’occasione di ammirarli in tutta la loro bellezza, assistendo alle sfilate intorno alla fontana al centro dei giardini: un luogo di grande fascino. Qui gli allevatori ci descriveranno le caratteristiche e le storie collegate alle singole razze proprie dei nostri allevamenti: cavalli, pony, mucche, capre, pecore, conigli, asini, anatre e galline … ma anche rapaci e animali, come lama e alpaca, che giungono da luoghi lontani e che ora si trovano pure sul nostro territorio. E, poi, l’ormai tradizionale spettacolo dei bovari del bernese!
Organizzato da Camera di Commercio, attraverso la sua azienda speciale Promovarese, con Amministrazione Comunale e associazioni di categoria e in collaborazione con altri enti e organismi del territorio,Agrivarese in città si conferma quindi, anche nel 2019, un grande evento, che punta a valorizzare il nostro patrimonio agricolo e storico culturale.
Il tutto all’insegna della sostenibilità, declinata nei diversi contesti in cui si applica questo principio.
Ecco allora un grande sforzo sul piano della mobilità sostenibile per facilitare un acceso rapido e fluido alla manifestazione. Così, è stato sottoscritto un accordo con Trenord per garantire alle famiglie un biglietto a prezzo agevolato nella giornata di domenica 5 maggio, partendo dalle varie stazioni della Lombardia. E in più, grazie a Tilo, sarà facile raggiungere Varese in treno anche dal Canton Ticino. Per chi verrà sui binari della ferrovia, poi, la possibilità di vincere buoni per l’acquisto dei prodotti dell’agricoltura varesina.
Sullo stesso filone s’inserisce il servizio navetta, realizzato in collaborazione con Autolinee Varesine, che permetterà al pubblico di raggiungere gratuitamente il centro cittadino: si potrà salire allo stadio e poi a Casbeno, dove ci sono i parcheggi, per arrivare in via Sanvito Silvestro.
Sempre in una logica di sostenibilità, anche la presenza durante Agrivarese in città del Movimento del Legno Urbano: un’iniziativa che punta a valorizzare gli alberi cittadini che, per eventi di varia natura, devono essere abbattuti. Anziché rifiuti, diventano una risorsa per sculture in legno o usi legati all’agricoltura: è il caso, per esempio, della realizzazione di arnie per l’apicoltura. Così, durante la manifestazione, sarà rimesso in circolo un tiglio caduto a causa delle eccezionali raffiche di vento di fine marzo.
