VARESE- La struttura delle norme elvetiche sulle dogane si sta avvicinando sempre di più al relativo codice dell’Unione Europea: già ora prevede gli stessi regimi e adotta le stesse definizioni. Un’indicazione di grande importanza per un sistema economico varesino che non solo è confinante con la Svizzera ma anche vede nel mercato elvetico uno dei suoi principali partner commerciali: nei primi sei mesi dell’anno, le nostre aziende hanno esportato merci per 255 milioni di euro, a fronte di un import di 143 milioni. Un’indicazione emersa nel corso di un seminario di formazione che ha richiamato un centinaio di imprese nelle sale del Centro Congressi “Ville Ponti”. L’iniziativa – promossa dal consorzio per l’internazionalizzazione Provex e dalla Camera di Commercio – ha offerto alle aziende intervenute l’occasione per acquisire competenze operative su pratiche e formalità di sdoganamento delle merci che ogni giorno attraversano il confine svizzero, sia in export che in import, ma anche per approfondire la normativa doganale nonché le disposizioni internazionali che disciplinano gli scambi tra Italia e Confederazione Elvetica.
Dopo questo seminario, il ciclo degli appuntamenti di formazione dedicato all’export prevede un nuovo incontro martedì 11 novembre, con inizio alle ore 14.00 sempre al Centro Congressi “Ville Ponti”. In quella circostanza si affronterà un altro tema di grande interesse: “Imprese ed E-Commerce: gli Aspetti Legali del Contratto”. Saranno così affrontati gli aspetti legali del contratto telematico e verranno approfonditi gli elementi delle regime fiscale che caratterizza questo genere di transazioni. Non mancherà la possibilità di analizzare casi specifici con i quesiti che verranno posti dai partecipanti. La partecipazione sarà gratuita, ma occorre prenotarsi sul sito www.va.camcom.it.
