Covid, oggi 353 morti in Italia. Lombardia si accorda coi medici per l’ospedale in Fiera

MILANO – Sono stati oggi 28.244 i nuovo contagi da coronavirus in Italia, 353 i decessi, dato peggiore degli ultimi tempi: prosegue l’emergenza sanitaria e Regione Lombardia proprio in queste ore si accordata con i sindacati dei medici per trovare personale per gli ospedali in Fiera a Milano e Bergamo.

“E’ stato sottoscritto poche ora fa l’accordo fra Regione Lombardia e i rappresentanti sindacali della Dirigenza medica per le attività svolte soprattutto dagli anestesisti negli ospedali in Fiera di Milano (foto) e Bergamo. Per questo esprimo grande soddisfazione”. Lo annuncia l’assessore al Welfare della Regione Lombardia, Giulio Gallera. “L’accordo rappresenta un tassello importante – aggiunge  Gallera – nell’ottica del riconoscimento e della valorizzazione del lavoro dei professionisti che si stanno occupando, con impegno e dedizione, a pazienti particolarmente fragili”. L’evoluzione della situazione epidemiologica ha reso necessaria l’adozione di misure organizzative immediate al fine di potenziare l’offerta sanitaria di posti letto in terapia intensiva. Per fronteggiare questa emergenza sono stati coinvolti gli ospedali della Lombardia inquadrati come Covid-Hub e i loro professionisti”.

“L’accordo sottoscritto – prosegue l’assessore – oltre agli incentivi di carattere economico e l’utilizzo gratuito di alloggi messi a disposizione da Regione Lombardia, stabilisce anche la possibilità di effettuare periodicamente screening diagnostici per Sars-Cov-2 e l’attivazione di sportelli aziendali per il supporto psicologico ai medici e ai loro familiari”. Analoga positiva interlocuzione è in corso con le Organizzazioni Sindacali del personale del Comparto sanità, per la definizione di un accordo specifico che riguarda le professioni infermieristiche. “Regione Lombardia – conclude Gallera – dimostra ancora una volta di agire in ottica di sistema garantendo supporto e strumenti adeguati a medici e infermieri, chiamati a svolgere quotidianamente una missione straordinaria, resa ancora più importante dal contesto emergenziale”.
