VARESE – Giunto alla sua 23a edizione, il Torneo Internazionale di Hockey Ghiaccio “Città di Varese” riservato alle formazioni di categoria Under 11 ha aperto il sipario sabato 13 aprile e si gioca anche oggi. Si avvale quest’anno della sponsorizzazione di OGILink, azienda attiva nel settore IT e importante partner dei Mastini Varese Hockey, chiamati a organizzare ancora una volta la manifestazione. Per l’occasione il torneo assume la dicitura di Torneo Internazionale OGILink Città di Varese.
Come già accaduto per il Memorial Marco Fiori, andato in scena nello scorso mese di marzo, l’evento si svolge dunque su due giornate nel prossimo fine settimana ed è un’occasione imperdibile per vedere all’opera dei bambini che dimostrano già una certa padronanza nel controllo del disco, regalando loro l’emozione della sana competizione sportiva. Inoltre i Mastini hanno pensato anche ai più grandi, mettendo a disposizione la possibilità di mangiare, bere insieme una birra o una bibita e condividere dei momenti all’insegna della serenità e della spensieratezza. E’ anche un modo per dei genitori di vivere una giornata insieme ai propri piccoli: chissà che tra di essi non vi siano nuovi giocatori futuri per l’hockey tricolore. Anche il pubblico è ovviamente invitato a partecipare numeroso avendo l’opportunità di vedere le partite, mangiare, bere e acquistare eventualmente qualche gadget a tinte giallonere. Una vera e propria “festa dell’hockey” che dona eccellente visibilità ai giovani hockeysti, i quali hanno la grande occasione di misurarsi con diverse realtà del panorama dell’hockey nazionale e internazionale, facendosi un’esperienza in più.
Ecco una breve sintesi del programma. Partecipanti: Mastini Varese (2 formazioni), Torino Bulls, Young Ibex (Svizzera), HC Como, Diavoli Sesto, Pieve di Cadore, Milano Rossoblu, HC Basel (Svizzera), Real Torino. Programma odierno: dalle 8 alle 15.
