La Camera di Commercio italo-Russa (Ccir) con lo scopo di contribuire allo sviluppo della collaborazione economica, commerciale, tecnica, giuridica, scientifica e culturale tra l’Italia e la Federazione Russa già dal mese di ottobre 2020, con il supporto dell’Ambasciata italiana a Mosca, ha promosso incontri tra imprese italiane ed europee con le controparti istituzionali russe per verificare le opportunità in termini di cooperazione relative alla produzione del vaccino russo Sputnik V in Italia.
Gli incontri, promossi dalla Camera di Commercio italo-russa, hanno avuto lo scopo di identificare alcuni partner strategici in Italia per predisporre la produzione del vaccino Sputnik V sul territorio italiano utlizzando le conoscenze e le eccellenza italiane dell’industria italiana del farmaco per fronteggiare la crescente richiesta di dosi dei preparati vaccinali.
In particolare negli ultimi mesi del 2020, l’impresa italiana associata Adienne Srl, parte della multinazionale Adienne Pharma&Biotech fondata e presieduta da Antonio Francesco Di Naro, con il supporto della Camera di Commercio Italo-Russa, ha promosso un accordo strategico per la produzione in loco del vaccino russo anticovid Sputnik V.
Nelle scorse ore l’amministratore delegato Kirill Dmitriev del Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) ha confermato di aver raggiunto un accordo con l’azienda ADIENNE Pharma&Biotech per la produzione dello Sputnik V in Italia, siglando il primo contratto europeo per la produzione locale del vaccino. La partnership permetterà di avviare la produzione già dal mese di luglio 2021, il processo produttivo innovativo aiuterà a creare nuovi posti di lavoro e permetterà all’Italia di controllare l’intero processo di produzione del preparato. Questo permetterà la produzione di 10 milioni di dosi entro la fine dell’anno.
Le autorità russe stanno lavorando ad oltre 20 progetti di collaborazione in Europa e il vaccino Sputnik V è già stato registrato in oltre 45 nazioni al mondo.
Il Presidente della Camera di Commercio Italo-Russa Vincenzo Trani, ha confermato che “le imprese italiane sono strategiche, hanno capacità e competenze uniche nel panorama europeo e sono in grado di affrontare il mercato con flessibilità e rapidità. L’accordo tra Russia e la nostra impresa associata è il primo accordo con un partner europeo. Un accordo storico che mostra lo stato di salute dei rapporti tra i nostri due Paesi e sottolinea come le imprese italiane sanno vedere oltre le polemiche politiche. Questa partnership arriva dopo molti mesi di dialogo grazie anche al prezioso supporto dell’Ambasciata italiana a Mosca. Da sempre la CCIR promuove il Made with Italy, in questo caso essendo noi una camera di commercio mista, promuoviamo il Made with Russia. Sono certo che questa collaborazione permetterà nuovi investimenti nel settore farmaceutico in Italia con ricadute positive in termini occupazionali a beneficio dell’intero indotto. In questo momento la creazione di un vaccino sicuro e disponibile per tutti è fondamentale per far uscire, da questa situazione di instabilità per la salute pubblica, le imprese e le economie dei nostri paesi. Noi abbiamo fatto una “staffetta” senza casacche o bandiere politiche” ha concluso il presidente Trani.
Il vaccino Sputnik V nelle scorse settimane ha iniziato il processo di revisione da parte delle autorità europee che permetteranno la somministrazione ai cittadini.
