Rapina e foto alle parti intime, arrestati otto egiziani fra Varesotto e Milanese

MILANO / VARESE – Oggi 23 maggio i carabinieri del comando provinciale di Milano, nel capoluogo ed in provincia di Varese, hanno dato esecuzione ad una ordinanza di custodia cautelare in carcere emessa dal giudice per le indagini preliminari del Tribunale di Milano, nei confronti di 8 egiziani ritenuti responsabili, a vario titolo e in concorso tra loro, di rapina aggravata, sequestro di persona, lesioni personali aggravate, estorsione, violenza privata e porto di armi od oggetti atti ad offendere. L’operazione è stata denominata “Jafar” dal nome del “cattivissimo” personagio dell’Aladdin della Disney.

Le indagini hanno consentito di ricostruire, attraverso la raccolta di dichiarazioni testimoniali e le individuazioni fotografiche da parte della vittima e di altre persone informate sui fatti, nonché l’analisi delle immagini dei sistemi di videosorveglianza e i riscontri in banca dati, che gli otto stranieri (quattro dei quali tra loro fratelli) la sera del 17 gennaio avevano fatto irruzione all’interno di un negozio in via Imbonati a Milano e, dopo aver violentemente percosso il titolare (un 34enne egiziano) con pugni, calci e schiaffi al corpo e al volto per circa due ore, stringendogli una corda al collo e colpendolo alle gambe con una mazza di ferro, si erano impossessati di 62 dispositivi telefonici, circa 2.000 euro in contanti ed altre apparecchiature elettroniche per poi guadagnare la fuga, non prima di averlo legato con delle fascette in plastica ai polsi ed alle caviglie ed imbavagliato con un nastro adesivo, tanto da lasciarlo immobilizzato al suolo sino alla sera del giorno seguente, quando era stato soccorso da un familiare.

Durante la violenta aggressione, al fine di indurlo ad abbandonare il quartiere poiché sospettato di essere autore di segnalazioni alle forze dell’ordine sulle loro attività illecite, gli avevano intimato di sottoscrivere un intero libretto di cambiali dopo aver fotografato e ripreso le sue parti intime con la minaccia di diffonderne i contenuti, evento non realizzatosi per il rifiuto opposto della vittima che, una volta riacquistata la libertà, non aveva esitato a denunciare l’accaduto.

L’attività investigativa ha inoltre consentito di accertare altri due episodi di estorsione e rapina commessi da due degli egiziani nei confronti di un altro connazionale (un 24enne titolare di un negozio di ortofrutta), in occasione dei quali, rispettivamente si erano impossessati di alcuni prodotti ortofrutticoli in vendita, rifiutandosi deliberatamente di corrispondere il prezzo dovuto; e lo avevano colpito al torace e un orecchio con un coltello a serramanico, provocandogli ferite da taglio (con 20 giorni di prognosi) e sottraendogli dalle tasche del giubbotto un telefono cellulare e la somma contante di 1.830 euro prima di darsi alla fuga.
