MILANO – La vicepresidente e assessore al Welfare di Regione Lombardia interviene sull’argomento vaccinazione giovani, dopo gli appelli dei giorni scorsi. “Nell’ultimo mese – dice – stiamo assistendo con un po’ di preoccupazione alla risalita dei contagi, più marcata per le fasce di età giovani e giovanissimi. Così, in questa fase della campagna vaccinale, abbiamo deciso di mettere il focus su scuola e università. In effetti più alto sarà il numero di studenti vaccinati, maggiore sarà la possibilità di tornare in presenza o con pochissime limitazioni”.
Fascia 12-19 anni – Al momento, in Lombardia, sono 510.255 i ragazzi dai 12 ai 19 anni vaccinati o prenotati (243.796 completamente vaccinati, 156.908 in attesa di seconda dose, 109.551 prenotati entro il 12 settembre) pari al 74,3% dei cittadini con questa età; non hanno invece ancora aderito alla vaccinazione circa 176.712 ragazzi (25,7%).
Giovani dai 20 ai 29 anni – Nella fascia d’età dai 20 ai 29 anni, hanno aderito quasi 831.885 giovani (604.372 completamente vaccinati, 175.368 in attesa di seconda dose, 52.145 prenotati entro il 12 settembre) pari all’85,1% dei lombardi con questa età; all’appello manca il 14,9% pari a 145.927 persone.
I posti ancora disponibili nelle agende prioritarie ‘dedicate’ sono sufficienti a garantire il fabbisogno vaccinale di tutti questi cittadini.
Riprendere anno scolastico in sicurezza – “È importante – sottolinea la vicepresidente – prenotare al più presto la vaccinazione personale. La somministrazione della prima dose in questi giorni infatti permette di completare il ciclo vaccinale entro la prima decade di settembre. In questo modo l’inizio dell’anno scolastico, fissato in Lombardia per lunedì 13 settembre, avverrebbe in piena sicurezza, con soddisfazione di tutti”.
Come aderire e dove andare – In Lombardia, anche i giovani possono aderire alla campagna vaccinale attraverso il portale dedicato (https://prenotazionevaccinicovid.regione.lombardia.it/) evitando assembramenti e perdite di tempo. La somministrazione è garantita entro 24/48 ore su tutto il territorio regionale.
I Centri vaccinali attivi questa settimana sono ben 61, pari al 65% della macchina vaccinale lombarda, distribuiti in tutta la regione a garanzia di velocità e prossimità.
Entro fine mese, in previsione di un aumento della richiesta di vaccinazioni da parte della popolazione che rientrerà dalle vacanze estive, riprenderà a funzionare a pieno regime il 100% dei Centri vaccinali in tutta la regione.
