Poste: migliaia di lettere spedite a Babbo Natale

SARONNO / TRADATE – Anche quest’anno molti bambini della provincia di Varese hanno imbucato le letterine di Babbo Natale nelle centinaia di cassette presenti sul territorio o affidandole ai 175 uffici postali della provincia.

Ottaviano Savelli, portalettere che lavora nel Centro di Ddstribuzione di Poste italiane a Varese, ci racconta che nel mese di dicembre le cassette postali si riempiono di letterine colorate che donano gioia anche i portalettere. I bambini si affidano a Poste Italiane per consegnare lettere che contengono i loro desideri, che riguardano le cose più diverse, ovviamente giocattoli ma anche speranze e pensieri legati a questo momento storico che stiamo vivendo.

Anna ad esempio scrive “Caro Babbo Natale, quest’anno mia sorella non farà la lettera perché non crede che tu esista, io invece ti scrivo da 5 anni e vorrei ovviamente la pace nel mondo e che la mia nonna non avesse più il suo dolore al braccio. Come doni vorrei avere una macchina fotografica, un walkie talkie e un kit per fare i pennarelli!”; Noah invece invia un desiderio “Caro Babbo Natale, mi sei mancato tantissimo! Quest’anno è stato ancora difficile per tutti ma sono contento che la scuola è stata quasi sempre aperta per fortuna. non vedo loro che il coronavirus vada via e torni la gioia per tutti” e ancora Nonna Sara, chiede per la sua famiglia “Caro Babbo Natale, vorrei tanto che la mia nipotina Arianna torni presto a casa con la sua mamma perché la sua sorellina Ginevra la aspetta con tanto amore”

Poste italiane conferma il proprio ruolo di attore capillare al servizio dei cittadini anche a Natale, il momento per eccellenza di gioia comunitaria, senza tralasciare il ruolo fondamentale anche nei momenti più difficili, come ad esempio nella gestione della pandemia dovuta al covid-19, dove la consegna dei vaccini e la realizzazione del portale prenotazione sono state fondamentali.
