MILANO – Al Padiglione Corea di Expo, dal 27 al 30 maggio il Festival Culturale Coreano dove sarà possibile anche farsi fotografare con l’Hanbok, il tradizionale costume coreano.
Dal 27 al 30 maggio, al Padiglione Corea, si potrà imparare a cucinare il Kimchi il piatto tradizionale coreano fatto di verdure fermentate con spezie e alcuni tra i più famosi piatti di questa cucina come il porridge di funghi, le costine di manzo grigliate in salsa di soia coreana oppure il pollo grigliato con salsa in pasta di fagioli di soia rossi. La scoperta della fermentazione sarà accompagnata da una mostra sulla gastronomia in cui si potrà vedere anche il cibo tipico dei tempi buddisti e per completare la full immersion sarà possibile scattare una foto indossando il tradizionale costume coreano, l’hanbok.
Conclude il Festival Culturale Coreano la parte musicale: un concerto di canto lirico in collaborazione con l’associazione dei Coreani residenti a Milano e concerti rock di band famose in tutta Europa come i Jambinai, gruppo che combina strumenti tradizionali come il violino coreano, chiamato Heagum, e quelli più classici come le chitarre, i Dead Buttons, che suona un mix tra country, blues e rock e roll e Mono ban, gruppo folk rock.
