Mastini Varese: per stare al sole occorre vincere col Pergine

VARESE – Altro turno infrasettimanale del campionato di hockey ghiaccio Ihl che fa capolino dopo la piccola sosta di dieci giorni che ha consentito ai ragazzi gialloneri di perfezionare la loro preparazione. Coach Da Rin ha cambiato diverse cose, a partire dagli allenamenti, dal sistema di gioco e dagli schemi. L’intesa è certamente in fase di miglioramento e servirebbe ancora tempo per poter affinare i meccanismi. Spesso il timer naturale è il calendario, che incombe, imponendo ritmi e sfide una dietro l’altra. Così questa settimana l’impegno sarà doppio: giovedì 6 dicembre alle 20.30 in casa con il Pergine, mentre nel sabato dell’Immacolata la trasferta a Merano.

La formazione trentina nella sfida dell’andata è riuscita a prevalere di misura al termine di una partita molto tirata e ora i Mastini dovranno sicuramente provare a riprendersi la rivincita, ma anche trovare la vittoria per riscattare la sconfitta di Ora, la quale ha segnato uno stop in classifica probabilmente inatteso e pesante. Il riscatto di Varese dipenderà anche dal Pergine, prossimo avversario, che si presenterà al Palalbani forte di una classifica migliore rispetto alla nostra. Questo è un ulteriore stimolo in più per i gialloneri. Insomma, le motivazioni non mancano di certo e ci sarebbero più spunti per poter far bene e regalare ai propri tifosi una bella partita ma soprattutto una bella vittoria, utile come acqua nel deserto per la compagine varesina. L’obiettivo è ritornare a correre, a marciare verso i piani alti di una classifica che nella parte centrale è molto compatta, difficile, complicata e dove, d’ora in avanti, ciascun punto avrà un peso differente. Per provare ad arrivare nelle prime cinque posizioni una eventuale vittoria contro il Pergine potrebbe rappresentare solo l’inizio di un cammino che porterà la squadra a percorrere diversi chilometri in tutto il mese di dicembre, con un calendario che non è certo dei più semplici.
La formazione allenata da Fabio Armani annovera interessanti proposte hockeystiche, a cominciare dal portiere Commisso che è senza dubbio uno dei migliori goalie del torneo. Occhi puntati anche su Buonassisi, Cristellon e Vankus, oltre all’ex difensore Fabio Rigoni, che proprio all’andata ha punito i gialloneri. Radio Village Network trasmetterà l’incontro in radiocronaca diretta a partire dalle 20.30 di giovedì 6 dicembre.
