SARONNO – Ieri sera dal Santuario della Beata vergine dei miracoli alla chiesa prepositurale di San Pietro e Paolo di piazza Libertà: dopo i momenti peggiori della pandemia da coronavirus è finalmente ritornata la via crucis “in presenza”, alla quale hanno preso parte tantissimi fedeli. La processione è partita attorno alle 21 ed è arrivata poi nel centro storico. Vi hanno partecipato tutte le autorità comunali, ad iniziare dal sindaco Augusto Airoldi e dalla sua vice Laura Succi, c’erano tanti esponenti del mondo poitico e dell’associazionismo locale, e soprattutto tanti cittadini, tanti fedeli che si sono radunati per questa cerimonia con il prevosto don Claudio Galimberti ed i sacerdoti saronnesi. E che hanno trovato una piazza Libertà lasciata volutamente nella penombra e rischiarata dalle luci del telefonini, creando un momento particolarmente suggestivo durante la lettura della testimonianza di Franco, che ha superato il covid dalla terapia intensiva.
