VARESE – Ieri, nella sua prima riunione, il nuovo Consiglio provinciale dell’Ordine dei Consulenti del lavoro di Varese (eletto durante la partecipatissima assemblea dello scorso 24 ottobre) ha confermato all’unanimità Vera Stigliano alla guida dell’ente per i prossimi 3 anni. Accanto a lei confermato anche Roberto Lucietto (tesoriere) mentre segretaria sarà Paola Chiesa.
“È stato un bell’insediamento, ricco di entusiasmo e di spirito propositivo», ha affermato la Stigliano. Alla rinnovata dirigenza il compito di gestire il cambio di passo radicale della categoria, avviato con le novità introdotte negli ultimi anni e destinate a consolidarsi nei prossimi mesi. Nel segno dell’apertura, delle maggiori competenze e dell’accresciuta disponibilità a collaborare tra colleghi e con altri enti. “Sicuramente punteremo molto sull’Asse.co, l’asseverazione di conformità dei rapporti di lavoro che proponiamo alle aziende nostre clienti e di cui vogliamo essere portatori sani come Ente, per promuovere con maggiore forza la cultura della legalità e la collaborazione tra Consulenti e Regione Lombardia firmata a giugno” ha detto la presidente Stigliano sottolineando come il marchio Asse.co permetta agli ispettori di concentrare le visite ispettive su attività non certificate. Tutta nuova poi l’idea di formare dei Consulenti del lavoro “esperti in Bandi Inail”, capaci di promuovere quei percorsi virtuosi in termini di sicurezza del lavoro per creare in un sol colpo maggiore benessere per i lavoratori e concreti vantaggi anche economici per le aziende che ne sono protagoniste e opportunità di lavoro per i giovani professionisti.
Il “new deal” dell’Ordine dei consulenti del lavoro potrà contare su una nuova sede, al civico 2 di via Dante, con ampi spazi per il coworking tra colleghi e per i servizi aperti per la prima volta alla cittadinanza, come l’Organismo di mediazione. La nuova sede sarà inaugurata il prossimo 29 novembre in un evento di festa aperto al territorio e a tutti gli operatori che hanno collaborato alla sua realizzazione. Oltre a Vera Stigliano (presidente), Paola Chiesa (segretaria) e Roberto Lucietto (tesoriere), il Consiglio dell’Ordine dei consulenti del lavoro di Varese è ora composto da Ferdinando Butto, Carlo Massimo Nava, Patrizia Prasedi, Michele Frattini, Francesco Raso e Roberto Corno. I nuovi consiglieri rappresenteranno Varese a Roma nell’assise nazionale di categoria del 21 e 22 novembre.
